What is The Third Option?

The Third Option was created to give people hope and help. It can help participants make a difficult relationship better or a good relationship great. Every week we cover one of fourteen topics to improve relationships.

Can The Third Option Help?

The success of The Third Option begins with the primary focus: YOU! Not you and your spouse/partner. YOU! After you learn and apply the 14 skill topics, you will be in a healthier place to rebuild your relationship. We call this self-change. Because we can't control or change another person, we start with self-change. We can start to change ourselves today!

Why Is This Important?

The Third Option is a skills-based program, including mentor couples who share their success stories. The program is designed to demonstrate how to do marriage well and learn what a healthy marriage looks like.

The skills help couples and individuals (even if your partner doesn't want to attend). Whether you are married, engaged, separated, divorced or single, applying The Third Option skills can strengthen your relationship skills with your spouse, partner, children, parents, friends and co-workers. The Third Option can help those who are married or plan to be. The sessions are encouraging and supportive.

How Does It Work?

We meet in person and also online on Zoom.
We meet Tuesday nights from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Pacific Time.
You can start on any Tuesday night.
You can come alone or as a couple.
The class is funded by donations from participants.
